Vision and Mission: To Empower Muslims Globally

وَأَعِدُّوا۟ لَهُم مَّا ٱسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن قُوَّةٍۢ

"Prepare for them whatever forces you can muster..." (Al-Qur'an, 8:60)

We have to muster up all the strength based on our capability, and to bring in all the other muslims under that category. The resources to gain strength are mental capital, moral capital, political domain and financial domain. We become powerful or a decision maker of an event if we have these 4 capitals.

Mental Capital:

These 4 domains vary from person to person. For people pursuing Eastern Medicine, mental capital for them would be to give such a performance in their field so that it becomes an example/role model for other individuals of their field and for generations to come, to raise people’s IQ. In the same way, CS majors would work in their domain and Engineering majors would work in their domain, for betterment of their field but with the vision to empower muslims. Everyone’s mental capital will be different, one’s IQ will improve in one’s own field. We can’t become experts of CS and Engineering at the same time but we can surely become experts of our own field. We need to be at the top of our field and we must be at the top in the whole world because we are muslims.

Moral Capital:

Moral capital will be the same for everybody. The code of conduct or ethics are same for everybody. For BEMS majors, CS majors and people belonging to any other field, the moral capital will be the same, i.e., no lies, no fraud, fulfilling duties on an individual level and also on societal level such as being a helping hand for people in the society, having empathy and being able to understand others, being the best family member one can be. They all come under moral capital. Having the best morals and attitude no matter which field one belongs to.

Financial Capital:

At third place comes financial capital, that we have to earn as much as possible, we need to explore in what ways we can by earn staying in our field, such as earning through running a successful clinic, as we are doing at the moment as a first project by going through trial and error, we will learn by applying different methods and learn from our mistakes through it, which will lead us to launching a bigger project next year. So, clinic is a healthy income source.

As a second option we have books, we can write books related to our field and then sell them, by which not only we increase our mental capital in our field but also our financial capital.

As a third option, we achieve the same benefits through selling courses and doing seminars.

As a fourth option, we can earn by making and selling different products related to cosmetics, health etc., and we can also earn through growing our youtube channel or a website.

Other than that we can launch welfare projects like free medical camps, not only it helps other people but also improves skills of the entire team, like diagnostic skills, and communication skills. It also increases brand awareness.

Political Capital:

When we have money, let’s say our organization is generating 10-15 lac per month then that means that we are in a bigger game and we are playing a role in politics. Whenever a big decision is made, the people with enough money are capable of changing that decision to make it the way they want it to be. 10-15 lac is bare minimum, we have to reach about more than 50 lac per month ensuring a stable income for everyone while demonstrating our power. By politics it is not implied that we partake in elections for MNA or whatever, by politics it is implied that we are able to steer outcomes in our favor when we have strength, man power, audience and money.
